New Roof Installation
We price new installs by the roofing square (100 sq ft). Architectural shingles in Iberia typically run $350-$550 per square installed, depending on the pitch and access. That includes materials, labor, cleanup, and warranty registration.
Metal Roofing
Corrugated metal and R-panel are cost-effective options for barns, detached shops, and covered patios in Iberia. We install 29-gauge and 26-gauge corrugated with exposed fasteners using neoprene washer screws. For homes, we recommend 24-gauge standing seam with concealed fasteners. Cleaner look, no exposed fastener maintenance. DaVinci composite shake and slate profiles give you the metal longevity with a traditional Missouri aesthetic.
